Girls Rec Teams

The Seattle Red Hawks are proud to announce that we will have Girls Recreational Teams at the 8U, 10U, 12U, and 14U participating in the Metropolitan Hockey League (MHL) in the 2025-26 season. Girls hockey is continuing to grow and we are committed to fostering that development on and off the ice.
